Tell us the space
Carpet area, headcount, lease term and handover date. We come back with a monthly figure.

We fund the fit-out
Design, build, MEP and furniture are paid for by us, against the specification you approve.

You pay monthly
One charge for the term of your lease, with maintenance and AMC folded in.

At the end of the term
Renew, buy out the assets, or hand them back. The options are written into the agreement.
