Because we buy direct from manufacturers, there is no agency markup between you and the maker, and warranty claims are handled by people who answer to us.
Project Management Consulting
Independent control of cost, quality and timeline when the contractors are yours.
Sometimes the contractor is already appointed, or the landlord's team is doing the base build. We come in as your side of the table: reading the BOQ, testing the rates, and holding the programme.
